Residents of Malhanga section in Katlehong say they’re now clinging to hope that the City of Ekurhuleni will hear their cries.
This is as sinkholes have opened up in various parts of the area.
Several homes have already been moved, but some residents say they have nowhere to go.
The City of Ekurhuleni is yet to indicate whether residents affected by sinkholes will be moved.
