Student activists have been staging protests around the country to call for pardons for protestors arrested during Fees Must Fall protests.
Justice Minister Michael Masutha has pledged to assist the students but says there won’t be universal pardons as some trials have yet to be resolved.
The minister said cases would be judged on a case-by-case basis.
Activist Bonginkosi Khanyile has stated he is willing to work with the minister and look at all possible solutions.
