The musician tells his wife in the clip that the song is his way of sharing his feelings. It’s the only way I know how to express. Sometimes I don’t have the words when it comes to those conversations that you always want to have,” he says before singing the love song.

J’Something says he was “missing home” when he wrote the song. It’s a weird thing. I love being on the road performing. But being away from my wife and family is hella hard… Today I leave for Portugal again to perform and it’s never easy leaving,” he captioned the video.

His wife is not the only one who gets dedications. He had also dedicated his first cookbook, My Kitchen Rules SA, to his son but the dedication went unnoticed by his fans and the media. The singer confirmed that he was a father during an interview on CliffCentral in 2018 after being asked about the book.
