We are a small family-owned WholesalerImporter based in Pretoria. We sell a wide range of gift and food packaging products and are currently looking for an additional team member, in our warehousing and dispatching team.
We are located close to public transport and have plenty of onsite parking.
Job Description
The core responsibility of the role will be assisting with the picking and dispatching of daily orders. However, other general warehouse based roles, will be required when necessary. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and will be part of a friendly and helpful team.
Hours
Compulsory Hours Monday 800am 430pm Friday 800am 200pm
3rd Day either Wednesday or Thursday 800am 430pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Assisting with daily picking and packing of orders
Assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
General Duties
Operation of basic machinery
Assist in unloading containers
Ability to help with basic forklift tasks
Must-Have
Good Organizational and Time Management Skills
Effective Communication Skills Ability to read, write and understand English is essential
Attention to detail
Physically fit and able occasional heavy lifting required
A positive attitude and ready to work in a team environment
Reliable and committed
Current Fork Lift license
Whilst specific days and hours are required, we are able to offer extended hours based on mutual availability, as we enter our busiest period. October to December
