Iqbal Sharma granted bail

Gupta associate, Iqbal Sharma has been granted bail of R500,000.

Sharma was previously denied bail after the court deemed him as a flight risk.

Sharma and three senior Free State government officials are facing fraud and money laundering charges.

A R25-million tender was irregularly awarded to a company owned and controlled by Sharma.
