We are looking for an Invoice Query Clerk
Job requirements:
Accurate and fluent communication and numeracy skills
Accountable, self motivated and focused
Strong time management organisational skills with the ability to multitask,
Vigilant attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
Ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism
At least 2 years previous experience and knowledge of invoicing, billing and accounts.
Daily Responsibilities:
Assist the Accounts/Invoicing Department with timely submission of invoices,
Verifying that all customer account details and amounts are correct to minimise the number of invoice queries,
Ensure billing details are set up for customers
Accurately reconcile supplier invoices,
Act as a key point of contact for Invoice queries,
Monthly Salary :
