Responsibilities-
Receive and process orders through computer entry, organize faxes, and ensure the invoice is complete and totals are accurate. Calculate any additional charges and enter data into the computer. Flag pricing, promotion, or credit issues and verify orders for authenticity.
Requirements-
Must be computer literate & have basic excel skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
Microsoft Excel – A course on Microsoft excel will be to your advantage.
Must have at least 2 years of accounts experience as an invoicing clerk.
Must be punctual Must be able to work under pressure.
