Provide training to new recruits with regards to product knowledge, administrative processes, productivity and sales skills.
Updating the training manuals, material and scripts when necessary.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training material and methodologies.
Completing certain administration tasks within the training division.
Work alongside the management team to ensure staff is achieving targets.
Provide regular feedback to training manager.
Inspire and motivate new recruits to perform at maximum levels.
Candidate Requirements
A completed degree or three year diploma non-negotiable (BCom degree beneficial)
Passionate about training, with at least seven years’ experience
A proven ability to develop training material
Good Microsoft product suite knowledge – Excel (Essential), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Report writing skills
Appraisal of training effectiveness
Coaching and leadership skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Social and economic knowledge
Ability to take initiative
Problem identifying and problem solving skills
Organised and systematic
Positive attitude
Math or accounting in matric beneficial
