Our Call Center Department/ Consulting is looking For Inbound Agents to perform customer service liaison roles as well as reviving incoming Calls from Prospective Clients. The Company needs Representatives who are passionate at reaching Customers Satisfaction and Solving clients Queries on the first call . Service providers shall be assigned the following as regards to respective departments.
Key Roles
Answering courteously inbound calls.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Managing and updating customer databases with the status of each customer.
No Experience will be required as Training will be provided.
