The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Two or three years experience in recruitment is required.

Responsibilities:

Define and implement the Recruitment process.
Ensure that the company’s values and culture statements are included in the recruitment and performance management process.
Manage the employee satisfaction and engagement process.
Define, implement, and maintain the grievance and disciplinary process.
Define, implement, and maintain the performance management process.
Recruit staff for your area in accordance with the company’s staff recruitment process.
Assist with the arrangement for training staff in other areas, when necessary.
Implement operating plans for your area.

Requirements:

The candidate must be:

Organized and detail-orientated and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer and Internet proficiency are important.
Must be able to work independently and in teams.
Knowledge on hiring laws is vital.
Experience in world-class recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategy.
Human Resources Knowledge and a commitment to ongoing learning ir required.
Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
