Qualification:

Relevant qualification BDegree, eg. Bcomm in Statistics, MIS or Information studies; (Yes it’s more of an analyst role (MIS)
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in reporting and analytics preferably in Human Resources.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and manage internal requests for Human Resources (HR) data and reporting within established governance and service levels and in accordance with HR reporting standards, definitions, and measures.
Preparation of regular reports using data gathered from various sources.
Manage data privacy and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills
Punctual, reliable and proactive work ethic
