A Well Established Company is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator.
REQUIREMENTS :
Matric
Essential 3-7 years relevant experience in HR field
Dealing with a staff compliment of 2500 people.
Handling all staff related matters on a National Level
Training and Disciplinaries in office and out on site.
Filing and updating of employee records.
Management of Leave
control Incentive programme
Monitoring staff’s performance
Interviewing and Screening of new Candidates

Liaising with Labour Department, Bargaining council and CCMA
Experience in handling and completing of all IOD, UIF, Maternity & Provident Fund Claims
General office management duties
Mature individual
Must be able to meet deadlines and targets
must be able to work independently.

Candidates must be able to be hands-on and willing to do be accountable and run the department independently.

Candidate availability: Immediately
Hours of Work: Monday –Friday: 07.00-16.00pm
Every Saturdays -07.00 – 12.00pm
