Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
4-5 years Account Management, HR and Recruitment experience
Comfortable with working with diverse individuals and working within a team
Able to take initiative and not be micromanaged
Clear criminal, credit, qualification and reference checks
Should be reliable and punctual
Should be honest and trustworthy
Available immediately
Own reliable transportation

Duties and Activities:

Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Customer retention and growth.
Conducting general feedback sessions with the resources once a year.
Submitting the Management report, weekly.
Ensuring that the customer databases ate updated with general and disciplinary information.
Submitting the formatted leave report to the Partner Manager on a monthly basis.
Updating the resources skills matrix and submitting the matrix to the Partner Manager on a monthly basis, if any changes has occurred.
Handling all requests or escalations from the team leaders, resources and the Partner Manager as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Managing the remuneration and compensation negotiations.
Conducting site visits every second month.
Verifying the timesheets and invoices with the Partner Manager on a monthly basis.
Following up with the Partner Manager with regards to contract extensions.
Providing resources with a contract extension letter, should their contract be extended.
Updating the contract extension information onto the customer database.
Conducting a Partner Meeting to discuss outstanding issues, once a month.
Providing analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team. These reports include the Management, leave, disciplinary, skills matrix and Service Pack report.
Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with customers.
Promoting the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
Presenting relevant information to the client.
Conducting exit interviews with the resources upon resignation.
Submitting the exit interview feedback to the Partner Manager.
Issuing Work Back Agreements, if required.
Scheduling disciplinary meetings with the team leader, relevant resource and Partner Manager.
Drafting the warning and meeting minutes, but in conjunction with Labournet.
Interacting with Labournet regarding disciplinary meetings and information required.
Updating the disciplinary information onto the customer database.
Providing the disciplinary database to the Partner Manager on a monthly basis.
Assisting with EE requirements.
Meeting with the customer to understand customer demands and specific needs.
Managing placement of candidates to meet customer requirements.
Ensuring quality meets customer requirements.
Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
Implementing and managing a process to ensure that all staff members have a KPI and that these are measure consistently.
Update all KPI information on the relevant system.
