An exciting, fast-growing retail company requires the services of a highly motivated, knowledgeable and skilled HR clerk.

An achiever with high energy levels and a passion for business success, who is highly meticulous, driven an enjoys working in a pressurized environment, is expected from the prospective candidate.

A sound understanding of HR practices and strategic thinking is essential. Excellent communication on levels with strong people skills and a sparkling and cheerful personality is required.

Leave Management
Employee onboarding process
Employee exiting process
Recruitment
Database management
HR and Payroll administration

Ability to meet deadlines in a pressurized and fast-paced environment
Good verbal and communication skills
Organized and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
Strong people and relationship skills
Must be able to work in a dynamic team

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant Human Resource qualification will be advantages
1 – 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources department
Knowledge on relevant legislation
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and HR information systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
