Fetola is recruiting for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between the HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR and training activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. The role also receptionist / PA duties.

Job Requirements:

A qualification in Human Resources Management
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative/ recruitment experience
Knowledge and experience in policies and procedures
Basic knowledge of labour law
Excellent spoken and written English
Car and driver’s license (advantageous)
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Computer literate, with advanced MS Office skills preferred

Innovative thinking and strong leadership advantageous

Key Tasks:

Front desk – reception duties:

PA to director (diary management, flight bookings)
Diary and boardroom management
General office administration duties
Answer phone – reception

HR Administration:

Assist in drafting and posting job ads, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, reference checks, onboarding process of new hires and assist with training administrative duties
Assist in compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies), process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.
Ensure all contracts and job descriptions are up to date and shared
Assist with HR and company policies
HR research

Candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, open to learning and enthusiastic

Keen, fast learner, able to prioritise and manage own time
