Mosebenzi Zwane – I signed approval for housing scheme

Mosebenzi Zwane says he signed the approval of a controversial housing scheme because it was required for official reasons.

Zwane was Human Settlements MEC in the Free State province at the time.

The province spent R600-million rand before work was completed.

Zwane has been grilled at the state capture inquiry on Monday.
