R20k + neg. A Five Star Hotel requires an experienced Sommelier who has a passion for wine and can manage and control the wine selection, storage, sales and training for the Hotel. Must have a Diploma in Wine, minimum 5 years’ experience in food & beverage as a Sommelier. Computer literacy is essential as well as working knowledge of POS system, Stock Management and have excellent ENGLISH communication skills. Must be able to be flexible, work weekends and holidays as per usual at a 5* hotel. Package will include pension, optional medical aid, staff transport, uniform, laundry and meals.
