This role will see you partnering with us to launch this exciting startup while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
With hotel standard hospitality and housekeeping helping to generate excellent reviews Our hotel-trained operations teams manage reservations, check-ins, housekeeping services and everything in between 24/7. We are revolutionizing the home-stay experience through our end-to-end property management service, providing a thoughtful interior design to attentive hotel-style services. Not only do we offer memorable stays, we utilize our strength in dynamic pricing to deliver superior yields for property investors.
You will be responsible for guest relations:
Checking guests in
Meeting guests
Providing quality control checks and snag lists to our maintenance and housekeeping teams
Making sure the properties are ready for guest to check-in
Providing 5* hospitality
Creating playbooks for each property to help guests
Must be flexible able to work weekends.
This role will be shift work.
We will provide transport to and from our properties
