Duties:

Food Preparation for patients and other clients as required., including special diets, according to the set procedures. Continuously providing quality client service to all clients. Complying with quality standards. Complying with Health and Safety and Infection Control Standards. Good time management. Accurate recording of meal orders. Serving and clearing of meal and beverages to clients according to procedures and specifications. Effectively dealing with client complaints. Responsible for stock control. Cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.

Requirements:

Grade 12. Good interpersonal relationships and skills. Good communication skills, in English. Detailed knowledge of food preparation and serving. Knowledge of special diets. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Attention to quality and detail. Client Service orientated. Personal hygiene and neat appearance. Health and willing to be screened for infectious diseases.
