Lebashe Investment Group lawyer, Danny Berger accused UDM leader Bantu Holomisa of using the PIC inquiry for his own political agenda.
Berger cross-examined Holomisa on Wednesday on claims the company unlawfully received funds from the PIC.
“You’ve done it before when you wrote to the president defaming my clients. When you came to the commission, you didn’t come with facts, you came with questions,” said Berger.
“Your real agenda is to boost your political agenda at the expense of my clients.”
Holomisa rejoined, “I take strong exception to what you’re saying.
