I’m going to contest Ramaphosa -Hlaudi Motsoeneng

Controversial former SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng is set to announce the name of his new party on Thursday.

Motsoeneng has previously said he has ambitions of being the country’s president.

“This new party is very important for people of South Africa, especially those people who are still staying in poverty, people who are still looking for transformation in South Africa, but what I’m contesting is the presidency. I’m contesting president Ramaphosa”, Motsoeneng told eNCA.com.

The party is set to launch next year in January, a few months before the national elections.

“I’m working very hard behind the scenes…..I’m supported by the old and young, people believe in me, and I know that they are going to make sure I become the new president of South Africa.”

Motsoeneng said that his party will not look at skin colour, as it views everyone in the country as South African citizens.

“I will encourage the people to go and register because I’ve realised that only 26 million people are registered with the IEC.”

Motsoeneng hopes to engage the youth and become a breath of fresh air in a troubled nation.

“I think South Africa won’t regret if majority of South Africans vote for Hlaudi because I think I am one of the few people who are able to take decisions not looking west or south or east. I think it is very important for people of South Africa to vote for Haudi, the son of the soil, the one who’s going to change South Africa. This is the right time for South Africa to vote for the right person and the right person is Hlaudi.
