High Court to rule on Norma Mngoma arrest

The High Court in Pretoria will rule on Thursday on an urgent application by Malusi Gigaba’s estranged wife.

Norma Mngoma is challenging her arrest by the Hawks in July last year.

She wants the arrest declared unlawful and unconstitutional.
