Capetonians have been warned to be extra careful on the roads as the city is experiencing heavy rainfall and flooding.
It has caused traffic chaos in some parts of the city.
Weather authorities are predicting more heavy rains and flooding in other parts of the Western Cape.
The Disaster Management team is monitoring the situation.
