Free State: At 05H50 Thursday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of Minaar Road and the R57 in Vaalpark.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light delivery vehicle and a light motor vehicle were involved in a head-on collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that one patient, an adult male had sustained minor injuries.
The patient was treated on scene and transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment assessed.
