Handyman/Driver Needed – Apply Now: Salary R15 000 a month.

Job Purpose: To ensure that all outlets are maintained according to company requirements and Health and Safety legislation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on properties
• Clean filters and perform general maintenance on air conditioners, as

required

• Perform general maintenance of relevant bathroom and kitchen equipment
• Daily deliveries to the different properties
• Change light bulbs, plugs, batteries when needed
• Must also use own intuition when it comes to maintenance issues.
• Report any issues like plumbing, electrical and building that cannot be

done by you.

• Perform other general maintenance tasks as required, including but not limited to:
• Fixing windows and minor building works
• Painting, as required
• Minor plumbing
• Provide advice and support regarding any ad hoc maintenance requirements
