Lemonade Design Co. is an independent, Durban based design agency working on well-known FMCG brands both locally and internationally.
We are a boutique agency that connects art and purpose, people and passion.
The person we are looking for to add to our core team requires creativity, strong conceptual ability and attention to detail. A passion for packaging design and FMCG brands, as well as a knowledge and understanding of design principles across various mediums, will be extremely beneficial. 3D and web design skills are highly advantageous but not necessary. You must be a good all-rounder.
Our studio works exclusively on Mac. Strong knowledge of the printing process is advantageous. You will be responsible for all or various aspects of a project from concept to handover. All work will be overseen by a creative director and/or account manager.
Working hours: 8 am – 4 pm. Monday – Friday. Overtime required when the studio is busy.

REQUIREMENTS
A design diploma or degree and at least three years’ work experience in an agency. Ability to design across a range of mediums, idea generation and attention to detail. Must be able to work well under pressure and work to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop).
Develop and/or implement new, innovative and engaging consumer designs for the packaging.
Ability to process and implement feedback.
Creative problem solver.

Good communication skills.
