What’s the role?
Effectively Delivering on all Setup Stage Tasks and Conceptualization Stage Tasks for Projects
Receiving brief from relevant stakeholder
Ensuring old website information is stripped and updated with all new details
Designing, building and delivering on new websites.
Continuously updating worklist to ensure effective time management
Designing and implementation of conference theme and concept note across all conference collateral
Designing and delivering:
Conference brochure and registration banner
Sponsorship and exhibition brochure
Client Invite
Email signatures
Floor plans & Expo Layouts
Exhibition design elements
Client Invite
Name Tag, Bottom Tag, Lanyard, Pocket Agenda, TV Screens holding, Dinner stickers, Bag artwork, Pen Artwork, Notebook artwork
Power-point template for event
Social Media templates/posts
Billboards, street pole ads
Magazine, newspaper, print advertising
Banners
Digital banners
Conference stage
Conference presentation
Delegate workbook
Ensuring all artwork is check and signed off and delivery is arranged timeously
Continuously updating worklist to ensuring effective time management
Effectively Delivering on all Implementation Stage Tasks for Projects
Receiving updates on speakers, sponsors and agenda for continuous updates on website and brochure
Sending updated documents to the team
Continuously ensuring all contents has been proofread and is accurate
Effectively Managing Printing of Event Material
Managing print orders and dealing with external suppliers
Effectively Maintaining Event Websites for Projects
Ensuring the coding standards are met.
Optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility
Optimizing the mobile architectures for navigability and accessibility
Ensuring the website and databases are being backed up.
Ensuring imaging, theme and pricing is always carried through the website
Effectively Delivery All Post Event Elements
Delivering of post Event Report based on brief received
Update website with:
Remove dates
Add photo/video gallery
Update portal skins
Deactivate registration buttons
Upload Speaker presentations
Effective Performing of All Adhoc Task:
Designing new CI and logos for new projects
Management and delivery of the company website
Management of Company collateral (email signature, business cards, letterheads etc)
Assisting wherever needed within the business
Candidate Requirements
You must have
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design
5-7 years’ experience in a designer role
WordPress Websites
Adobe CS, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator PC, MS office, WordPress, HTML, and CSS
You’re someone who…
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
The ability to see projects through from inception to production
Good organizational skills
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
