The Department of Water and Sanitation has sent its technical teams to work with the City of Tshwane and health department officials in response to the cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal.
At least 15 people have died in Hammanskraal and more than 60 people have been hospitalised.
Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu has conveyed his condolences to families who lost their loved ones due to the outbreak.
