Follow the “Opening Procedure”
Assist in keeping the store clean and tidy
Greet the customers in a friendly and professional manner and establish what each customers needs are.

Apply the “Battery Testing Procedure” provided to determine the state of the customers battery. Once the results have been determined of the battery take further steps to solve the customers problem this will include other test such as the alternator and starter tests, if the battery is faulty follow the “Sales & Service Procedure” provided.

To complete the “Sales & Service Procedure” you will have to make use of the following skills and guides. Apply the “Battery Fitment & Removal Procedure” to remove and install new battery. Follow the “Battery Charging Procedure” where needed. Build good customer service levels and business relationships.

Do customer deliveries/Call-Outs and collections of stock when needed. Assisting with stock unloading and packing the store room. Assisting with retuning scrap loading
Report on customer product inquiries and make recommendations for improved sales
Provide ideas to increase sales within the store. Make suggestions on stock orders if necessary

Resolve or escalate customer queries/complaints to the Store Manager
When necessary follow the “Warranty Procedure” correctly
Follow the “Closing Procedure”
Keep updated with product knowledge
