Northern Cape Premier Zamani Saul says Tina Joemat-Pettersson was a gentle revolutionary.

He says the province was fully behind Joemat-Pettersson’s ambitions to be the deputy president of the ANC Women’s League.

The ANC Member of Parliament and party stalwart Joemat-Pettersson is being remembered on Wednesday.

Joemat-Pettersson died at her Cape Town home on Monday aged 59.
