Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

2. 1. Receive Raw Material

Receive raw material (raisins) from producers
Open sides of truck
Offload bins
Weighing of loads
Take sample per load
Take moisture per load
Prepare sample for grading
Prepare samples for pesticide residues, micotoxins and Sulphur analyses

2. 2. Administration

Mark samples accurately
Pack samples in bulk bags for dispatch to grading room

3. 3. Food Safety & Occupational Safety

Depot hygiene – clean plant before season and area outside
Plant Housekeeping. Ensures depot is clean and tidy at all times
Depot Safety
Maintain health & safety standards
Ensure all floors are clear of chokes and neat for next Shift

4. 4. Human Relations

Treat producers with respect – cunsomer centric
To work in good spirit with all Pioneer Foods employees and customers
Personal hygiene

5 5. Relief

Provide assistance when needed to other operational areas

Qualifications:
