Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

 Ensure effective Keg Washing, Sealing and Preparation for Production
 Responsible for Drum Tipping
 Adherence to Work Instructions
 Assist with Maintenance Tasks
 Reporting of all non-conformances
 Adherence to HACCP and ISO work related instructions
 Ensure effective housekeeping
 Conduct CIP’s on a weekly basis
 Adhering to safety policies and procedures
 Perform any reasonable ad hoc tasks/instructions as required
 Ensure effective and reasonable tasks related to raw material and final product blending

The successful candidate must have the following experience / skills:

 Minimum Grade 12 qualification
 Minimum of 1 – 2 years related work experience in a production/FMCG environment
 A Valid Forklift Driver Licence would be an advantage
 Basic understanding of standard operating procedures, principles and targets
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Good Administration and organising skills
 Ability to work under pressure
 Ability to portray attention to detail
* Willingness to work extended working hours, shifts or overtime from time to time.*
