General Manager required urgently: Salary R8 000 to R10 000 per month
5 * Property is looking to employ a GM or experienced Manager looking to grow into GM role. Live in + meals on duty. 7 days leave per month.
Responsible for the smooth day to day running of the property, full staff management, and training, setting shifts/rosters, prepare month-end, monitor F&B, HK, stock control, maintain standards, ensure guest satisfaction, admin, financials, reports, marketing skills etc..
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic the starting salary will be reviewed/addressed once occupancy level increases and the hospitality industry opens up.
