The Flash Group is looking to appoint a General Manager in our Poznan, Poland branch to full-heartedly own the long-term strategic operational plan, along with the daily business reporting and management of the cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will use their skills and experience to deliver impeccable results and grow the Eezi brand throughout Poland.

You will be responsible for (not limited to):
The overall execution of strategy for the division to ensure market share and GP growth.
Develop near and long-term strategic growth initiatives including new products or partnerships (external and internal) with supporting business case analysis to deliver quantified business impact.
Build, manage and mentor a strong cross-functional team
Grow the division and drive the Eezi business forward through strong sales and business development
Improve the overall revenue contribution and performance of the division for the business.
Manage and evolve the structure of the division, continually driving alignment and execution of our core business priorities
Define and develop business-critical metrics and reports, key performance indicators, and financials supporting business evolution and growth.
Market scanning and analysis – analyze and identify shortfalls and areas of improvement
Understanding the impact of different components and market events on product success
You will need to demonstrate:
A desire for action with strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly & analyze quantitatively.
Ability to juggle many tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment and must be a self-starter who is excited about technology.
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with technical employees.
Have a passion for technology solutions and display a deep client orientation and understanding of the retail market and Fintech industry
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a managing director, management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, business division leadership and/or strategic planning role, with an entrepreneurial passion
Experience selling into National Retailers in the Grocery, FMCG, convenience and or telecoms space.
Exposure to prepaid telecoms and handsets, prepaid gift cards, gift card malls, lottery and or payments is key
Experience developing and implementing business operations management and process improvements to streamline operations.
Strong quantitative background with experience determining insights to inform key business decisions.
Ability to look ahead and balance strategic projects and initiatives with day-to-day reporting and management.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior management teams, manage and execute projects with a strong call to action; ability to effectively prioritize projects and meet aggressive, recurring deadlines
Must be an excellent communicator, collaborator and “people person” capable of sharing a vision, aligning people, focusing efforts and motivating key stakeholders in partner businesses.
Polish native speaker and fluent English
