Required Skills:
general manager: 4 to 5 years
hospitality industry: 10 years or more
Candidate Requirements
Matric or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ Operator/GM experience in a relevant Franchise restaurant environment
Experience with hospitality-related computer systems (Pilot)
Experience with the OHS Act
Experience with the hospitality industry standards and procedures
Extensive computer experience (MS Office)
Experience with financial reporting, setting budgets and monitoring performance against budgets
