Front of House Restaurant Manager wanted: Salary R15 000 per month
· This person must be able to lead and manage all staff alongside the General Manager to achieve profit and sales targets and maintain restaurant operational excellence in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
· Ensure that the restaurant’s hygiene, maintenance, health and safety requirements are met
· Ensure reports are issued timeously
· Engage with clients in a professional manner
· Engage with clients in regards with their requirements for special bookings/events and ensure quotes are sent out and followed up on
· Co-ordinating and assisting with setting up of events
· Must have own transport
· Must be proficient in GAAP – NON NEGOTIABLE
· Management experience in a similar role 2 years minimum
· Shifts subject to change, but main roster will be:
· Wednesday – Sunday
· ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS – These are our busiest days
