Shrinkage and Customer Service
Maintain Discipline and Cash Office
Business Process and Business Behaviors

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience:

Have the relevant and recognized tertiary qualification (at Diploma or Degree level) Or
2-3 years retail experience at a supervisory level
Functional

Communication Skills
Strong Administration Skills
Planning , Organising and Control
Knowledge of Store process
Manage and Motivate staff member
