THE BOARDROOM-REFRESHING RECRUITMENT is currently in search of a DIRECTOR OF F&B/ F&B MANAGER for a 5* luxury hotel in Cape Town. If you meet the requirements below, then I would like to hear from you!
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for all F&B activities, recruitment, menu & concept contributions. HA hands-on approach to supervising the 2 restaurants (Fine Dining & Bistro ), bar & lounge + several C&E platforms.
Relevant tertiary education required/ Diploma in Hospitality/ F&B Management
Minimum of 4-5 years SENIOR Food and Beverage Management experience mandatory, in a 5* hotel, Previous 5*hotel and restaurant experience essential.
Experience in purchasing and costing of stock, Experience in menu planning, design and costing, Experience or exposure to restaurant sales and marketing, wn transport essential
Flexibility to work shifts, Dynamic
