4 STAR LUXURY GAME LODGE IN LIMPOPO IS SEEKING TO EMPLOY A FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER IN THE LIMPOPO AREA

Requirements:

3 to 5 years’ experience in Managing a fully operational F&B department with a staff compliment,

in a 5-star establishment,

Valid Food & Beverage Qualification

Advantage will be experienced in Point of sale system

Basic Financial Understanding

Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage a Food & Beverage Department as a business unit

Staff Training

Valid RSA Drivers licence

Valid RSA ID

Excellent Track Record

Applicants must reside in LIMPOPO or surrounding area.
