RESPONSIBILITIES:

Flight following of all flights.
Operational Flight Plan preparation and distribution
Active CTOT Management for all flights
Flight monitoring on all electronic systems as detailed in

the MOP for Operations Support

WECOMS updating and flight data capturing of all flights
Distribution of all ETA’s to external and internal

service providers through all channels as detailed in theMOP for Operations Support
Flight Preparation (including ATS flight plans, Sign on

Sheets, eCFRs, eRTOWs) for the following day for all flights

Change management and distribution of the Aircraft

Status Report to all internal departments

Compilation and distribution of the Operational Daily

Flight Movement (ensuring all ATS Flight Plan references,
CTOTs and crew are reflected)

Automated storage of all Loadsheets and eCFRs for
departing flights in the designated folder

Updating of the Flight Weather Briefing as detailed in the

MOP for Operations Support

Assisting with disrupt operations as and when required
Manning the Operations Land and Mobile telephone line
and dealing with all queries that may arise

Capturing of all Part Data fields for all flights originating

from Durban and Johannesburg and their pairings

Capturing of all eCFRs into WECOMS, post flight
Updating of all relevant Whatsapp groups as required. Apply Now
