The ExecuJet Aviation Group is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Operations Division, based at Lanseria International Airport.
Purpose of the Job
The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate all FBO related services with a primary focus on obtaining landing and overflight permits, setting up and executing ground handling services, fuel arrangements, concierge services, quoting and invoicing of flights both locally and worldwide while ensuring all services are of high standards, quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively handle the ground handling process
Effectively handle flight clearances
Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
Ensure effective marketing of the FBO services
Ensure that all quoting and invoicing is done efficiently and effectively
Assist with dispatching duties as and when required
Assisting with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
Requirements
Experience
2 – 3 Years general administration related experience in the Aviation industry
2 – 3 Years customer relations experience
2 – 3 Years VIP service industry experience (added advantage)
Familiar with the process of applying for over flight and landing clearances
Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Relevant aviation regulatory training courses
Additional Requirements
Drivers License (Code 8) & own reliable transport
