Purpose of role is to meet monthly sales targets by:
Coaching clients to achieve a healthy financial lifestyle
Personal and telephonic interaction with clients (and potential clients)
Building and nurturing sustainable relationships with clients and external stakeholders
Building and developing a pipeline of new clients through referrals
Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12
Post matric business related qualification an advantage (e.g. RE5)
Good working knowledge of MS Office
2+ years’ working experience in a financial services environment
2+ years’ sales / consulting experience
Good working knowledge of the National Credit Act
Skills & Attributes
High energy levels and a sense of urgency
Target driven
Ability to empathise and influence
Ability to identify challenges and provide appropriate solutions
Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and at least one other official language
