Requirements:

CA (SA) with 3 years post articles experience
Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Financial Manager within the Property Management industry
Experience managing the Financial department
BBBEE Audit planning and management
Insurance and risk management
Budget planning and forecasting
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Oracle exposure is an added advantage
