Job & Company Description:
My client is a rapidly growing retail and property management concern, looking for natural leaders to take on two Financial Manager positions. The Financial Manager for each BU will be required to manage the full finance function for their areas, managing a team of 8 finance staff and overseeing the budgets, cashflow, month-end and much more. The incumbent would also have the opportunity to be involved in the strategy of the company from a financial perspective.

Education:
CA(SA) preferred
BCom Honours in Accounting minimum
Job Experience & Skills Required:
At least 5 years post article experience
Retail or Property experience essential
People management exposure non-negotiable
Natural leadership capability
High level of innovation
