Financial / Administration Clerk
Our client based in Durbanville has an opportunity available for a suitably experienced Financial / Administration Clerk.
This is a supporting role in the financial department, which mainly involves financial administration.
The ideal will be someone with experience in finance, who also has the ambition to learn and grow.
Requirements:
·
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
·
Completed Tertiary Qualification in bookkeeping or Accounting.
·
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
·
Ability to produce accurate results within prescribed deadlines.
·
Methodical, systematic and analytical minded.
·
Positive, self-motivated and a confident approach to work and colleagues.
·
Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Duties:
·
Print and save debtor and creditor invoices.
·
Capture debtor and creditor invoices on the software system and reconcile them according to contracts.
·
Financial administration, filing, and data capturing.
·
Analyse account sales for management approval.
·
Send proof of payments and remittances to clients.
·
Generate and keep current reports and declarations.
