Main Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts within deadlines
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Creditors processing and reconciliations
Processing of bank payments
Reconciliations of bank payments
Recording of transaction in the ledgers and journals.
Preparation of annual financial statements.
Preparation of balance sheet, income, profit, and loss as well as cash flow statements.
General administrative/ secretarial duties

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

5 year’s accounting experience
Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
Knowledge in online banking systems.
Exposure in small and medium-sized enterprises
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Pastel knowledge/ experience
Valid South African driver’s license
Own transport
