1.Purpose of the job: Reconciliation of specified debtors accountsProcessing of Franchise Recharge and Royalty invoices and credit notesAssist with ensuring the accuracy of fitment center reporting.Assist with the Reconciliations of Divisional General Ledger accountsAssist with Support Centre Accounting functions2.AccountabilitiesLiaison with fitment centres and customers regarding administration issues on the specified debtors accountsProcessing of all Franchise AR invoices and Credit NotesLiaison with the Franchise Department on the franchise invoicingProcessing all month-end transactions relating to fitment centres including Accruals.Reviews opstats and make any necessary adjustments.Liaison with fitment centres regarding administration issues.3.Knowledge Required: Reconciliation of debtors accountsReconciliation of General Ledger accounts Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with, spreadsheets, preferably Excel.4.Thinking
