Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification
Skills & Experience:
Must come from a property, Investment or a startup background
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Bookkeeping role
Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills
Must be deadline and target driven
Knowledge of Accounting package Xero and good MS Excel skills
High attention to detail
Must be able to work independently
Job Description:
Accounting:
Audit process assistance
Completing and assisting of audit files
Oversee monthly statement and the invoice run
Charging interest on overdue accounts, manage credit control and collect outstanding fees
Processing of bank accounts, creditors, debtors and general journals
Credit card recon and collecting of invoices
Banking:
Weekly payments schedules and payments sign off
Cash flow management and payments
