President Cyril Ramaphosa is urging men to do better in the fight against gender-based violence.
Ramaphosa says it is the responsibility of men to change. He has spoken out against sexism and patriarchy.
“We cannot achieve reconciliation for as long as the women of our country, who constitution half of our population, live in fear of gender-based violence,” he said.
We must stand firm in our rejection of all forms of violence against women and children.
