Fault finding on Packaging equipment electrical & mechanical Siemens S7 – Ability to fault find/troubleshoot and modify accordingly Siemens TIA Portal – Ability to fault find/troubleshoot and modify accordingly B&R – fault finding on Hardware modules (X2X, Powerlink networks) Fanuc Robots – Electrical knowledge Profibus network Danfoss drive knowledge SEW drive knowledge Electrical Knowledge Mechanical knowledge Available to work standby Computer proficiency with basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office etc.) Solid logic and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending on urgency Willingness to travel extensively throughout Africa with possible trips overseas Ability to communicate clearly with customers in both spoken and written English Good customer service skills Valid Driver’s license Valid Passport Valid credit reference Provide timely, detailed reports on service performed and machine performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults of new & existing equipment Provide expert troubleshooting/maintenance advice and training to operators and maintenance staff Perform extensive preventive maintenance, audits and service on company machinery Assist with Installation and Decommissioning of new and existing Machines
